One dish we keep coming back to is the Linguine con Gamberoni. Alongside it, the rich Primitivo wine feels almost like an essential part of the experience at Salento. Originally shaped by founders Anja and Mirco and now continued by a new team, the spirit of the restaurant has remained remarkably unchanged. The name “Salento” refers to the sun-soaked region in southern Apulia — and that same warm Mediterranean feeling runs through the entire experience here.
